CharlieRose Occupational Health Services
We offer a focused range of occupational health services designed to help employers manage health at work with confidence and care.
Case management / management referrals
When an employee’s health may be affecting their work, a management referral can provide useful medical advice. Reports can address fitness for work, likely timescales, workplace adjustments, and return-to-work planning.
Sickness absence advice
We support employers with occupational health input for repeated short-term absence, long-term sickness absence, and complex return-to-work situations.
Health surveillance
Where appropriate, health surveillance can help monitor work-related health risks and support compliance with workplace health requirements. Including e.g. noise, vibration and COSHH. We are able to offer baseline assessments and ongoing monitoring and programme development.
Return-to-work planning
We can advise on phased returns, temporary adjustments, workload considerations, and practical steps to help employees return safely and sustainably.
Post offer health assessment
Ensures an employee is medically fit to safely perform their job.
Conducted after a conditional job offer but before starting employment, it allows the employer to identify necessary workplace accommodations and verify that the role does not pose a risk to the employees health
Fitness for work assessments
Fitness for work assessments help determine whether someone can safely carry out their role e.g. fork lift truck drivers, night workers etc. This may be useful after illness, injury, surgery, or a change in health circumstances.
